We got back on sunday, just in time for the World Cup final. It was a really good trip! we had a great time, lots of sun, sangria and good food, despite the fact that I almost never knew what I was ordering (and I speak their language)!
We saw so many cool things and places that it seems like we were there for longer.
I'll post a link to all the pictures soon, but in the meantime here are some highlights.

Eating paella in Sitges, a small town near Barcelona.
Gaudi's Parc Guell in Barcelona was one of my favorite things. So pretty!
Below, the Miro Foundation.
On our last night in Barcelona we had tapas and sangria with my friend Pipe Cabarcas, it was exciting to see him after 3 years!

The alcazar in Sevilla was unbelievable! gorgeous moorish architecture and huge gardens.
Below that is the mosque in Cordoba, which after the moorish times became a catholic cathedral. Another favorite!

Our hotel room in Madrid had a nice terrace!

On our last night in Spain we met with my sister and Carlos who happened to be in Madrid at the same time. We had dinner and drinks and Carlos showed us some places we hadn't seen.
